Stay Active During Pregnancy

Accommodation with meals:

• 2 nights, 3 days in comfortable rooms of four-star standard;
• Full board in the form of a buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner);

The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

In the package:

· Urogynecological physiotherapy consultation – diagnosis and support of the urinary and reproductive system during pregnancy, prevention and treatment of ailments.

· Dietitian consultation – individually tailored nutrition plan supporting the healthy development of the child and the well-being of the mother.

Daily:

· Individual full-body training (1h) – preparation of muscles, joints, and ligaments for delivery, improving overall fitness and mobility.

· Pelvic floor muscle training (30 min) – personalized exercises to strengthen and relax muscles, supporting the proper functioning of the urinary and reproductive systems.

· Movement classes to choose from: aqua aerobics, stretching, yoga, or Nordic walking – gentle activity supporting fitness and relaxation.
