Accommodation with meals
- 6 nights, 7 days in comfortable rooms of four-star standard;
- Full board - 4 or 5 meals daily prepared according to individually selected diet (depending on the health condition of the Patient);
- Additionally, you will receive a set of herbs supporting detoxification and weight loss, as well as tailored probiotics supporting the regeneration process and assisting your body during dietary changes.
The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

SPA Treatments

The vacuum massage is performed using massage heads. During the treatment, precise microstimulation is conducted, allowing for a quick, effective, and non-invasive removal of cellulite, reducing deeply located fat deposits, and eliminating problems with the improper functioning of the lymphatic system.

- Meals served in the form of a rich and varied buffet: breakfast, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM; lunch, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM; dinner, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM;
- During dietary sessions, an individual diet of 4-5 meals a day is prepared.
- À la carte meals - according to the current menu of the chef, orders are accepted from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM;
- Everyone will find something for themselves, we serve meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Soups, meat dishes, fish, sides, a wide selection of salads and desserts.

Developed by Columna Medica specialists, a rich offer of rehabilitation retreats and weight loss retreats. The main specialization is orthopedic rehabilitation, spine rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. Additionally, we have prepared a rehabilitation program for seniors as well as children and adolescents (e.g., scoliosis program). Urogynecology for women and men.

We have a sports equipment rental available for our guests - nordic walking poles and bicycles.
30 km away from our facility, a great option for children and adults is the MANDORIA Family Amusement Park (access via S8).
