Accommodation with meals:

• 3 nights, 4 days in comfortable rooms with four-star standard;
• Full board in the form of a buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner);

The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Treatments:

• First visit to the Physiotherapist (60') - 1 x during the stay;
• Sessions with the Physiotherapist (60') – 2x during the stay;

during the sessions, the Physiotherapist selects treatments individually according to the Patient's needs, including manual therapy, training, dry needling, and others;

• Therapeutic massage (40') – 3 x during the stay;
• Nordic Walking (40') - 3 x during the stay;
• Physical therapy treatments prescribed after the initial examination - 3 x during the stay;

Additional activities according to the weekly schedule, available to you include, among others:

· Yoga;

· Aqua aerobics;

· Sauna session with a Sauna Master -Evening sauna ritual with a professional Sauna Master, during which inhalation and steaming sessions take place;

Queue order applies for sessions with the Sauna Master.
