Packages start from Sunday.

Overnight stay with meals:

• 6 nights, 7 days in comfortable rooms with four-star standard;
• Meals in the form of a Swedish buffet (BB - bed and breakfast included)

The package does not include full board. It is possible to purchase additional lunch, dinner in the form of a Swedish buffet or à la carte.

Consultations:

• Initial neurosurgical consultation - 1x during the stay;
• Initial physiotherapeutic consultation – 1x during the stay;
• Cosmetological consultation – 1x during the stay;
• Body composition analysis conducted by a Dietician – 1x during the stay;
  
  

Diagnostic:

• Three-dimensional, static and dynamic analysis of body posture using DIERS Formetric 4D device or Functional Movement Screen (FMS) or NEURAC – 1x during the stay;
  
  

Treatments:

• Manual therapy treatment (40') – 6x during the stay;
• Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (40') – 2x during the stay;
• Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (20') – 2x during the stay;
• Physical therapy treatments (to be chosen after consultation with a Physiotherapist) – 12x during the stay;
• INDIBA ACTIV treatments – 2x during the stay;
  
  Therapy using INDIBA ACTIV reduces pain and lymphatic edemas, has anti-inflammatory effects, thus accelerating the return to activity. It stimulates regeneration and the natural reconstruction of damaged tissues. INDIBA ACTIV is a modern multifunctional medical device combining manual work of the therapist with the action of high-frequency radio wave current.
• Therapeutic massage (40') – 3x during the stay;
• Dry massage on a water bed (30') – 4x during the stay;
• Group water exercises (30') – 3x during the stay;
• Nordic Walking (40') – 1x during the stay;

Recreational activities included in the offer:

Monday

• Dietitian - a group meeting with the dietitian, during which our specialist will provide a considerable amount of knowledge about dietetics and healthy eating;

Tuesday

• Aqua aerobic - sessions in the pool at the Medical Wellness&SPA Zone;

Wednesday

• Relaxing Qigong of the 5 elements - sessions involving deep work with the body, mind, and breath. Qigong helps to relieve stress, bodily tension, and calms the mind;
• Pelvic floor muscle workshops

Thursday

• Aqua aerobic – sessions in the pool at the Medical Wellness&SPA Zone;
• Healthy back school

Friday

• Evening sauna ritual with the Sauna Master - intensely warming with natural aromatic oils and/or a purifying inhalation session:
• Relaxing Yoga

Saturday

• Aqua aerobic – sessions in the pool at the Medical Wellness&SPA Zone;
• Evening sauna ritual with the Sauna Master - intensely warming with natural aromatic oils and/or a purifying inhalation session:
• Live guitar concert – restaurant;

Due to organizational reasons, the schedule of activities is subject to change.
