Accommodation with meals:

• 6 nights, 7 days in comfortable rooms with four-star standard;
• Meals in the form of a buffet (BB - bed and breakfast included)

The package does not include full board. There is an option to purchase lunch, dinner in the form of a buffet or à la carte.

Consultations:

• Initial neurosurgical consultation – 1x during the stay;
• Initial physiotherapeutic consultation – 1x during the stay;
• Cosmetological consultation – 1x during the stay;
  
  

Treatments:

• Individual exercises with a Physiotherapist (40') – 6x during the stay;
• Functional medical training under the supervision of a Physiotherapist (40') – 6x during the stay;
• Therapeutic massage (30') – 6x during the stay;
• Dry massage on a water bed (30') – 3x during the stay;
• Individual water exercises (30') – 5x during the stay;

Workshops:

• Aqua aerobic – activities in the pool in the Medical Wellness & SPA Zone;

Wednesday

• Calming Five Elements Qigong - exercises that involve deep work with the body, mind, and breath. Qigong helps to relieve stress, tension in the body, and calm the mind;
• Pelvic floor muscles workshop

Thursday

• Aqua aerobic – activities in the pool in the Medical Wellness & SPA Zone;
• Healthy Back School

Friday

• Evening sauna ritual with Sauna Master - intensive warming with natural aromatic oils and/or a cleansing inhalation session:
• Relaxing Yoga

Saturday

• Aqua aerobic – activities in the pool in the Medical Wellness & SPA Zone;
• Evening sauna ritual with Sauna Master - intensive warming with natural aromatic oils and/or a cleansing inhalation session:
• Live guitar concert – restaurant;

Due to organizational reasons, the schedule of activities may be subject to change.
