We invite you to a unique running camp where sport becomes a family adventure! This is an offer for children and adults who want to spend their holidays actively, developing their passion for running and a healthy lifestyle. There will also be moments of relaxation and shared integration: a bonfire, evening film screenings, or conversations over tea will make sport even closer to the whole family. The camp is complemented by unlimited access to Medical SPA & Wellness – swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and a relaxation area with a view of the forest.

During the stay:

ü Professional running training – conducted by experienced coaches, medalists of Polish and world championships (names will be announced closer to the holiday period).

ü Supplementary classes – strengthening, mobility, stabilization and general development exercises, which are often neglected due to lack of time, but work great for the whole family training together.
