"Active weekend with a physiotherapist" is the perfect proposal for those who want to improve their fitness, take care of their physical condition, and learn how to avoid overloads and injuries. Under the eye of an experienced physiotherapist, you will participate in specially selected movement, relaxation, and educational classes. Join us and see how much conscious movement and regeneration under the guidance of a specialist can give you!
Accommodation with meals:
- 2 nights, 3 days in comfortable four-star standard rooms;
- Full board in the form of a buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner);
The stay starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

- First session with a Physiotherapist (60')- 1 x during the stay;
- Sessions with a Physiotherapist (60')- 2 x during the stay;
- Healing massage (40') – 2 x during the stay;
- Group classes at the pool (30')- 1 x during the stay
- Nordic Walking (40')- 1 x during the stay

Conditions of reservation

W przypadku odwołania rezerwacji w terminie 29-15 dni przed rozpoczęciem pobytu, Columna Medica umożliwia zmianę terminu rezerwacji bez zwrotu zaliczki. Odwołanie rezerwacji po upływie powyższych terminów powoduje utratę opłaty rezerwacyjnej w całości. Wyjątek stanowią udokumentowane zdarzenia losowe.
